5. BOOKING, PAYMENT, CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

Initial Paid Offerings

The following offerings are currently intended for initial paid booking:

Tarot Guidance - 30 Minutes - INR 999

10-Day Tarot Learning Course - 60 Minutes per day - INR 5,000

THE CALM PATH - 3-Day Return to Self - INR 999

THE CALM PATH - 5-Day Mind & Body Reset - INR 1,999

Fees and offerings may be revised in the future. The fee displayed or communicated at the time of booking will apply to that booking unless otherwise stated.

Booking

Bookings may be initiated through the website, WhatsApp or other authorised booking channels provided by Divine Shades of Rashmi. Where advance payment is required, a booking will be treated as confirmed after successful payment and booking confirmation.

Payment

Where online payment is available, payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment gateway. Payment processing may also be subject to the payment provider's applicable terms and policies.

Cancellation / Rescheduling by Client

For individual appointments, please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. A request made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be eligible for one rescheduling opportunity, subject to availability. Late cancellations and no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

Courses and Multi-Day Programs

For courses and multi-day programs, cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility may depend on whether the batch/program has commenced and whether course access, learning material or other program benefits have already been provided. Any specific batch-level terms should be communicated at or before registration.

Cancellation by Divine Shades of Rashmi

If a confirmed paid session, program or course is cancelled by Divine Shades of Rashmi and a suitable alternative cannot be provided, the participant may be offered an appropriate rescheduling option or a refund of the applicable amount paid for the cancelled offering.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the actual credit time may depend on the payment method, bank and payment gateway processing timelines. Any payment gateway charges or non-refundable components, if applicable, should be disclosed in the relevant booking terms.
